Where is my package coming from?

Acey&Co is exclusively online and every package is being shipped out from Georgetown, Ontario. Currently only shipping within Greater Toronto Area.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes we accept exchanges, however we do NOT accept returns. In lieu of returns we will offer a store credit within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email shopacey@gmail.com for all inquiries on exchanges and store credits. Once you file an inquiry we will work with you to process your exchange within 7-10 business days.

Special requests on packaging, how can we help make this happen?
